How long can GOODY-JAPAN hold my items?
We can hold your items up to 30 days since the arrival date.
When 25 days have passed from the arrival date, we will send you a warning email. If you receive the warning email, please send us a shipping request soon from shipping request from.
And if we don't receive the shipping request till 30 days pass, we will pack the expired items and will issue a final invoice.
In this case, we will choose proper shipping method at our discretion, and you cannot change the shipping method later.
