What should I do if I'm told that the item I have won is prohibited?
If an item you have won turns out to be prohibited, it must either be shipped to a domestic address within Japan or disposed of.
Before placing a bid on an item, please take care to make sure that it is not prohibited.
You can confirm whether an item is prohibited or not beforehand.
