The item I won was a fake brand item. What should I do?
Normally, after winning an auction, GOODY-JAPAN ships the item to you in the exact state as we received it from the seller.
Unfortunately our inspection does not extend to identifying fake brand items.
Therefore, any negotiations with sellers to return or change your item will not be accepted after an auction has ended.
